HXGN[H)-12 Environmentally Friendly Gas Insulated Ring Network Cabinet


HXGN(H)-12  This environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear cabinet is a smart cloud device that is environmentally friendly in materials, economical in price, and convenient to operate. All conductive parts inside the switch are installed in a sealed stainless steel gas box. The gas box is insulated mainly with dry air and thermoplastic materials. The main switch uses vacuum arc extinguishing, the isolating switch adopts a three-position structure, and the adjacent cabinets are connected through solid insulating busbars. The secondary circuit adopts integrated control technology and supports data transmission functions. When the equipment is installed and energized on-site, the equipment will automatically send a signal to establish the first handshake with the main station. The main station will obtain the equipment's health status, coordinate position, operating environment, and operating parameters, facilitating the timely monitoring of the equipment's operating status by maintenance personnel.

HXGN(H)□-12  There will be no situation like in SF6 switches where the gas pressure gradually decreases at low temperatures, causing the insulation to continuously decline and eventually leading to insulation failure.

The cabinet can be composed of the following units to form an economical and practical power supply unit: Vacuum Circuit Breaker Unit (630A, 20-25kA)  Vacuum Load Switch Unit (630, 20-25kA)

● The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive flammable gases, water vapor, etc.

● No frequent severe vibrations. The harshness design under harsh conditions meets all requirements.

● When used under conditions exceeding those specified in GB/T3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and our company.
