Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power supply and distribution systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or less. It is used for power supply, distribution, and centralized control of motors, as well as for capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textiles, high-rise buildings, etc. This product complies with standards such as IEC60439-1, GB7251.1, and JB/T9661. The cabinet body adopts a new manufacturing process, and each functional unit is designed in a modular manner. The unit combination is flexible and convenient, enabling the replacement of all current GCS solutions and functions on the market.

Structure Declaration

1. The new hand-cranked propulsion mechanism is divided into two categories: manual operation and electric operation. It is a multi-turn force-saving propulsion method, enabling smooth and effortless advancement and removal of the drawer. The three-position mechanism has mechanical positioning, display, and a "click" sound indicating position. The 630A three-pole and four-pole drawer solution is easily and flexibly advanced with this hand-cranked mechanism. The closing interlock has a re-engage reset function. The propulsion mechanism principle and the interlock mechanism are advanced technologies in the same industry worldwide. The interlock mechanism specifically for electric operation can ensure that the drawer can only be moved when the switch is disconnected, effectively preventing misoperation, and enables the electric operation mechanism to take power only when the hand-crank is pulled out, allowing the electric operation mechanism to take power and enabling the circuit breaker to be electrically closed, with very high operational safety.

2. The new hand-pulled propulsion interlock mechanism is applied to the unit drawer, featuring three-position locking, display, closing interlock position auxiliary power function, and switch re-engage reset function.

3. The new small-sized hand-pulled propulsion mechanism is applied to 1/2 and 1/4 drawer units, featuring three-position locking, display, closing interlock position auxiliary power function, and switch re-engage reset function.

4. The new drawer propulsion interlock mechanism has mechanical display of separation, testing, and connection positions, as well as electrical contacts and position synchronization.
