GGD Low-voltage fixed switchgear cabinet

The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises as a distribution system for AC 50Hz with rated working voltage of 380V and rated working current of 3150A. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power equipment. The product features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, and strong applicability.

The GGD type low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with national standard GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear" and international standard EC439.

Structure Declaration

This cabinet frame is assembled by partially welding 8MF cold-formed steel sections. Its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements for electrical components. There are installation holes arranged in accordance with E=20mm and E=100mm on the frame.

This is to enhance the general applicability of the product assembly. The main busbar is arranged on the upper part of the cabinet. The ZMJ type busbar clamp adopts a modular combination structure and is thermally molded using high flame-retardant PPO material. It has high mechanical strength and insulation, and can withstand an effective current of 50KA and a peak current of 105KA. The long-term allowable temperature of the thermal stability impact force is up to 120℃. The cabinet's protection level is IP3X.
