GCK Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear


The MNS system is a product introduced by our company based on the manufacturing technology of Swiss ABB company. It is a factory-assembled low-voltage switch cabinet device. The technical standards comply with GB7251.1, IEC439-1, VDE0660 Part 500, BS5486 Part 1, UTE63-410, and as a marine product, it also meets Lloyd's Register's marine standards.

The MNS system's low-voltage switch cabinet includes fixed technology and drawer technology. The selected materials are divided into steel plate structure technology and plastic structure technology. The latter technology level reaches the international level of the 1990s.

The MNS system can meet various power supply and distribution requirements and can be widely used in land-based, power stations, nuclear power plants, marine, oil platforms and other industrial and mining enterprises' power distribution systems.

Service Conditions

● The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, nor be lower than -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35℃;

● The surrounding air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and it is allowed to have a higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +25℃, but it should be considered that moderate condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes;

● For indoor use, the altitude shall not exceed 2000m;

● In a place without significant shaking and vibration;

● Pollution grade: 3;

● Seismic intensity: 8;

● The temperature during the transportation and storage of the switch cabinet can be within the range of -25℃ to 55℃, and the temperature can reach +70℃ in a short period (not exceeding 24 hours);

● If the above usage conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate and resolve the issue.
