The JP series outdoor comprehensive distribution box integrates multiple functions such as metering, outgoing lines, and reactive power compensation to form an outdoor comprehensive distribution device. It features short-circuit, overload, overvoltage, and leakage protection functions. With a small size, an attractive appearance, and high economic efficiency, it is installed on the poles of outdoor pole-mounted transformers and is the ideal distribution product for the new generation of urban and rural power grid renovations.

● Installed in a place free from severe vibrations and shocks, and without corrosive gases.

Structural Features

The box structure is of split type and horizontal type. The outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate, which is bent by multiple folding processes (or it is a double-layer composite plate of stainless steel with honeycomb structure, featuring fire resistance, environmental protection, heat insulation, and anti-condensation properties). Special stainless steel welding technology is adopted. After the box is formed, the overall strength is high, and the surface is smooth like a mirror, without any weld marks. The internal beams (plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanizing to ensure no corrosion within 20 years. The front and rear of the box have doors for user operation and maintenance, and the edges of the doors are lined with high elasticity and anti-aging sealing rubber strips. Each door is equipped with both clear and concealed door locks. The clear lock is equipped with a rain-proof cover to prevent blockage and rust. The measurement chamber is fully enclosed with a lead-sealing device.

The sides of the box are equipped with rain-proof and foreign object-proof cable entry pipes. The bottom is provided with ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, the top has a ventilation channel and a wire mesh, which have the functions of waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof, and anti-foreign object protection.

Protection level: IP54.
