The GCK(1Ⅱ) low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power and power supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or less. It is used for power supply, distribution, and centralized control of motors, as well as capacitor compensation. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textiles, high-rise buildings, etc. This product complies with standards such as IEC 60439-1, GB7251.1, and JB/T9661.
This cabinet body adopts a new manufacturing process. Each functional unit is designed in a modular way, and the unit combination is flexible and convenient, enabling the replacement of all current GCK solutions and functions on the market.
The cabinet adopts a combined assembly structure, and the frame is assembled using KB-type materials. The horizontal busbars are placed on the top of the cabinet, and the top of the cabinet has an open structure. The top cover can be opened. The cabinet is equipped with a rear door, and the outgoing line method is rear-out. Installation and maintenance are more convenient. The drawer adopts an opening operation mode. During the opening operation, the drawer uses the XJG3 (rotating three-position) pushing mechanism and the BPT (pusher three-position and DJG1-1G rotating three-position) pushing mechanism. The one-time plug-in adopts a new type of no-valve method, which is more reliable. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A or below. Among them, the maximum current of the 1/2 unit drawer can reach 125A, and the maximum current of the 1/4 unit is 63A. The cabinet's protection level is IP4X.
1. The entire cabinet adopts an assembled modular structure and is installed in a modularized manner. The components have strong versatility, good applicability, and a high degree of standardization.
2. The effective functional unit height of the drawer cabinet is 1800mm. The height of the drawer units is 200mm/300mm/400mm/500mm/600mm, etc.
3. The upper part of the cabinet is the busbar room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room. Each functional room is isolated by steel plates or insulating boards to ensure safety.
4. The door of the drawer compartment in the cabinet has mechanical interlock with the switch operation handle of the circuit breaker or disconnect switch. The door can only be opened when the handle is in the disconnected position.
5. The drawers of the MCC cabinet adopt a mechanical three-position mechanism (including 200/2mm drawers), with three positions (separated, tested, connected).
6. High-reliability primary connectors are used.
7. The material can be selected from cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, or aluminized zinc steel.
