HXGN15-12(VS1)  is a type of unitary AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet). It is a new generation of high-voltage electrical product successfully designed and developed by us based on the introduction of advanced foreign technologies and in accordance with the requirements of rural power supply and urban network renovation in China. All technical performance indicators comply with IEC62271-200:2003 and GB3906 standards.

The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the ring network cabinet adopt original components from ABB Company or are assembled in China using imported components as the SFL-12/24 type switchgear. It can also be equipped with the original ABB Company HAD/US type VS1 or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breaker according to user requirements. The operation mode includes manual and electric types.

The cabinet body is formed by machining with a CNC machine and riveting. The protection level reaches IP3X, and it has reliable mechanical interlock and anti-misoperation functions. This product has significant features such as small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, simple operation, long service life, high parameters, no pollution, and low maintenance.

The HXGN15-12(VS1) type unitary AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear is suitable for AC 50Hz, 12KV power networks and is used for power reception and distribution. The main switch inside the cabinet is the VS1 switch.

Operating Conditions

● Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃;

● Altitude: The altitude should not exceed 2000m;

● Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%; Monthly average not exceeding 90%;

● Surrounding environment: The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive gases, flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;

● No frequent severe vibrations.
