SDY Dual power distribution cabinet

The SDY dual-power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power and lighting distribution in three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems with an AC voltage of 500V or below. The ATS dual-power distribution cabinet is an indoor device that is installed against the wall and is accessible for maintenance in front of the panel.


Operating Conditions

● Ambient temperature: -50℃ to +40℃, with the average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +36℃.

● Altitude: no more than 2500m.

● Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40℃; higher relative humidity levels are acceptable at lower humidity levels (e.g. +20℃ is 90%). Consideration of temperature changes allows for moderate frosting.

● The inclination angle of the equipment installation relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibrations, impacts, or corrosion.

Product structure

The floor-standing dual-power distribution cabinet (box) is an indoor wall-mounted distribution device with a single front door. Its basic structure is made by bending steel plates and welding angle steel. On the right side of the front, a knife switch operation handle can be installed for power cut and connection operations. On the box door, operation buttons, indicator lights and display instruments can be installed. After opening the box, all the internal equipment of the distribution box is exposed, making it convenient for maintenance and repair. This distribution box is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses as short-circuit protection. In addition, it also has contactors and thermal relays. Both the door and the shell are welded with grounding screws to ensure a reliable connection between the shell and the ground.


Functions and Features

● It has the options for main charging, equalizing charging, and floating charging, and the voltage can be adjusted conveniently. It also has the functions of voltage stabilization and current limiting, as well as current stabilization and voltage limiting.

● The microcomputer monitoring unit adopts a large-screen, full-Chinese LCD display. The display content includes battery voltage, charging current, control bus voltage, charging machine output voltage, current, voltage of each battery cell, and a series of parameters of the DC system.

● After power failure, the system can automatically select the best charging method based on the battery capacity to charge the battery. After the microcomputer monitoring unit exits the system, it does not affect the normal operation of the DC system.
