The GZD(W) series (microcomputer-controlled) DC power cabinet is a new generation replacement product developed specifically to meet the requirements for DC power cabinets in unmanned substations. It is suitable for large, medium and small power plants and substations. It provides the necessary DC power for high-voltage switchgear opening and closing, relay protection, automatic control, and emergency lighting during normal operation and accident conditions.

Operating Conditions

● Input voltage: AC380V ± 10%;

● Output voltage: DC220V, DC110V, DC48V;

● Output current: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 100, 200A;

● Voltage regulation accuracy: ≤ 1%;

● Current regulation accuracy: ≤ 1%;

● Ripple coefficient: ≤ 1%;

● Overall noise: ≤ 55db;

● Main transformer temperature rise: ≤ 60℃;

● Working mode: Continuous operation.


Functions and Features

● It has the options for main charging, equalizing charging, and floating charging, and the voltage can be adjusted conveniently. It also has the functions of voltage stabilization and current limiting, as well as current stabilization and voltage limiting.

● The microcomputer monitoring unit adopts a large-screen, full-Chinese LCD display. The display content includes battery voltage, charging current, control bus voltage, charging machine output voltage, current, voltage of each battery cell, and a series of parameters of the DC system.

● After power failure, the system can automatically select the best charging method based on the battery capacity to charge the battery. After the microcomputer monitoring unit exits the system, it does not affect the normal operation of the DC system.
